Q: When do you call HOUS?A: Whenever you’d normally call a Plumber or Electrician for a breakdown, as a member you would now call HOUS Q: When is the HOUS service available?A: 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.
Q: Why would Property Owners and Managers need a HOUS membership?A: The major frustration is accessing a quality trustworthy tradesman, along with sourcing timely services and quotes.
Q: Are parts included?A: No – of course to delight our customers in service, we’ll be using a “common sense” approach to basic parts, but the bigger items like a new hot water system would be supplied at the special HOUS Membership discounted rates.
Q: What if my toilets or drains are blocked?A: Yep, that’s a plumbing issue and we'll be there.
Q: No power, or the lights aren't working?A: That’s also a HOUS call. |
Q: What about a refrigerated air conditioner?A: Refrigerated air conditioners would be a call to an air conditioning specialist. Of course if there’s no power to the unit, that’s our problem, but other than that, this area requires specialist licensing.
Q: Surely there’d have to be a Call-Out fee on a weekend?A: Still no.
Q. What is HOUS’s stance on the new proposed laws in relation to RCD’s and Smoke Alarms?A: Anything that saves lives is good and that’s why we have some great members specials along with payment plans, so there’s now, no excuses not to protect your family. At HOUS we’ll also only be using the best of products – let’s do the job once, properly.
Q: How does HOUS ensure that all the tradesman do a great job – every time?A: All our tradesman are employees (not contractors), hence before being offered the chance to join the HOUS team all the tradesman (already qualified) go through a rigorous training program.
